Antique Near Vision Test Chart plaque dated 1935. This heavy plaque, with its brilliant antiquarian look and feel is in good overall vintage condition showing only moderate wear and has nylon string attached to side (which we believe may have once contained a pointer at the end). Measures approximately 8.25" x 6" and .25" thick.
