K.O.A. (Kappa Omega Alpha), was a secret society formed in September 1874 at the Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts.This original antique early 1940's hazing paddle has been well-preserved, still bearing the pencil markings of past members including "Puffy", "Stretchy", "Pinhead", "Lap" and "Huff"-43. Measures 24" long.
