Extremely rare large vintage wooden airplane by Brazilian toymaker Brimal. Airplane is designed to come apart in three pieces (body, main wings and tail wings) to double as a basic building toy. Plane is in worn vintage condition, but looks fantastic on display. Overall look and feel is very reminiscent of celebrated Creative Playthings toys of the 1950's. Marked "Brimal Made In Brazil". Measures 17" (nose to tail) x 16" (wingspan) x 6.5" (ground to top of tailwing).
