Vintage figural clay sculpture with hollow bottom and hole in mouth and on top of head - originally intended as a decorative string dispenser. Sculpture has amazing handmade qualities and details that exude the original artist's handiwork (including uneven rounded base and evident handpainted brushstrokes). Piece is in very good condition with no nicks, cuts or scratches (please note that blemishes in belly region shown in photo have since been cleaned). Measures approximately 8" tall x 3" in diameter (at base).
