Published by Westinghouse Electric Corp. in 1950, this original 24" x 37" print/educational chart provides an overview of the "Tools of the Nuclear Physicist". A true piece of history, this poster was printed at a critical time in the Nuclear Age where people's interest and curiosity in nuclear weapons were equally matched with their fear of them. Truman had announced America's pursuit of development of a Hydrogen bomb and McCarthyism had just begun with confirmation of the communist Soviet Union's possession of nuclear weapons.

Chart is printed on parchment-like paper stock and is in great condition for its age with vibrant saturated oranges and blacks and only minor creases (very display-worthy!). An amazing piece of art and piece of history.
