Framed 60's Diner Placemat - '"What are the Odds?"
 #Framed 60's
Growing up in Jersey, diners were a part of everyday life and created great memories for me (stu). Inspired by the diners I grew up with, I set out to collect old diner placemats. Each diner placemat is unique and has its own quirky way of sharing trivia and little-known facts.

This placemat entitled "What are the odds?" shares 60's trivial facts such as:

  • Odds are 14 to 1 that a chemist is a man
  • Odds are 2 in 5 a person will see a flashback of his life when faced with sudden death
  • Odds are 19 to 1 that a housewife does some home sewing
  • Odds are even that a crime weapon is a war souvenir gun
  • It's 8 to 1 that if you are a man, you are more likely to be color blind than a woman
  • Placemats come in a clean and simple walnut wood frame ready for display.
