Le Coq En Pot ("chicken in the pot") is one of my grandma's signature dishes...and, like anyone's grandma's cooking...it's delicious. This exquisite and one-of-a-kind antique silhouette plate from France is adorned with a beautiful illustration of chicken in the pot and reads, "Le Coq En Pot" 1674". The back of these plates read Salinas France within a simple line drawing of a monk. Too beautiful to use, this is a work of art.
