We are big fans of old wooden boxes and crates, but seldom come across ones with their original lids and even more seldom do we come across ones as with an interior tray perfectly fitting for pens and pencils!. Box measures approximately 11.25"l x 4.5"w x 1.5"h and is in weathered vintage condition, but still very solid. Box has tongue and groove lid with lovely dovetail joints and originally contained a micrometer caliper tool.
