This may sound silly, but this just may be the most perfect small antique wooden barrel we've ever seen. We almost never come across barrels of this quaint little size (9"h, 8" diameter) - perfect as a decorative and/or functional piece for anywhere in the house- even on a desktop! Barrel is in worn, weathered condition and cast iron rings can be shimmied off, if needed. Looks like there was some minor gluing on the bottom at one point in time to secure the bottom piece - but certainly distract from the overall look and feel of this great little barrel.
