Vintage collectible antique miniature plastic tire measuring tape. Similar to many measuring tapes found from the 1950's and 60's, this one was an advertising/promotional item for what appears to be an Argentinian industrial parts manufacturer. Tape measure is in metric (centimeter, millimeters) and is in good working order (just needs occasional coaxing to retract). Measures approximately 1.5" in diameter and 1/4" high.
