Man, will this guy ever stop talking? Apocalypse this, plague that. This old wooden prognosticator, with his worn paint finish, Charles Dickens-esque tophat, prognosticator cane and...what looks like a gun (?) might just be the best good luck charm you ever had. Measures approximately 4.5" high and is in unrestored very worn vintage condition. Oh and his original purpose was most likely a candle/incense damper.
